We value your satisfaction and want you to love what you ordered. Please read our updated policy carefully.

Custom Products

All custom-made items are created specifically for you. Because of their personalized nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom products unless there’s a defect or error on our part.
If your item arrives damaged or with a mistake, please contact us at [email protected] — we’ll be happy to make it right.

Non-Custom Products

For all non-custom products, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Since return warehouse addresses vary by country, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a return.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers)

  • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take a few days to post.

  3. Reach out to your bank – processing time may vary.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, email us at [email protected] for instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
If approved, any refund issued will have return shipping costs deducted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
